Dash is a design thinking hackathon I participated in 2022 and 2023. This year my team and I managed to win 2nd in ABB challenge with our solution called “WizardEngine”. The challenge was about delighting customers with a magical set-up process. And this was the description of the challenge: ”We need a tool to enable ABB experts to create workflows so simple even your granny could execute!  AC Drives are complex beasts, but for many use cases it is possible to devise a set of steps to hand-hold customers through the stages of initial set-up.  This will enable them to start operations without an expensive and hard-to-find expert. Just like setting up your new iPhone or Smart TV. We call these start-up helpers Commissioning Wizards. How could we help our experts create these wizards for our customers?” - From Dash website
